Location: Millenium Sports Complex, 4588 Clancy Loranger Way (near Nat Bailey stadium)

Ride Description: ~1.5hrs ; Structured progressive program through 2009-2010 winter season to retain and build cycling-specific phsyiological traits.

Ride Start Time: Doors open for setup and warmup 6:30pm, workout begins 7:00pm, cooldown starts 8:00pm-8:15pm
