Outdoor Weeknight Workouts run from the spring to fall every year on Wednesday evenings in various locations and formats around the UBC campus and Burnaby Mountain. Indoor Weeknight Workouts are held at an indoor facility rented by West Coast Racing on Tuesday evenings throughout the winter. Bring your bike plus a trainers or roller unit to hook up your bike to and follow along with a highly varied, progressive program designed by one of our club's professional coaches. Performance Testing is available for West Coast Racing members and guests using a state of the art Computrainer power measurement system combined with a blood lactate analysis unit.
